Sam was injured in Afghanistan in late January. His legs were badly broken and his right leg below the knee had to be amputated. He's currenly in pretty good spirits but would love to hear from you as he says his rehab is supposed to take most of this year.
Update: 6/23/2010 Sam has a softball game today for wounded warriors and predicts he will have at least one homer and 3 rbi's. We hope you surpass your expectations Sam!
